If you have any unique questions, comments, or concerns that you'd like to express to us regarding your order, please contact us at support@dapperdaveclothing.com we can further assist you with your options.

All Exchange or Return items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Any signs of damage, usage, stretching, body odor, deodorant stains, fragrance, deodorizing agents, pet hair, etc. will disqualify an exchange or return.

Items must be folded and repackaged neatly so as not to arrive wrinkled. Do NOT carelessly stuff the garments in a shipping bag or box without folding. If you have a dryer with a quick steam refresh feature, consider utilizing it if you neglected to keep the item from becoming wrinkled after receiving. We also recommend using a lint roller just to ensure no body hair or particles are carelessly left on the garment.

If an Exchange or Return request is denied for any reason, our Support Team will assist you further in completing a transaction for the cost of return postage to ship your item(s) back to your address.

We do not process direct exchanges of our products. This allows us to maintain accurate inventory, while providing you with a flexible option regarding your exchange in a timely manner.

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please click to request an exchange Start A Return We ask that you DO NOT ship any items to our facility without first receiving approval from us. This will ensure that you do not experience any delays with your exchange. An exchange address will be provided to you by our Support Team.

After our Support Team has confirmed your exchange request, and we have received your item(s) for exchange, you will be notified of approval based on its condition and sent the requested exchange item. If it is not in stock at the time, it will be sent once a restock arrives. We will contact you if there is a restock delay beyond 2 weeks.

*SALE & CLEARANCE item(s) will not qualify for Exchange or Return and are considered FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.

After our Support Team has confirmed your return request, you will be provided with TWO options;

return due to item arriving defective or damaged

Returning for a REFUND or EXCHANGE

Once customer-supplied defective or damaged garment media (emailed photos) are approved by our team, depending on your choice, an exchange or refund for the item(s) will be returned to the card used at the time of your online purchase minus original shipping charge(s). Once a refund is processed, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the transaction to be posted to your account, depending upon your card issuing bank.
